Abstract

The focus of this journal is to find and analyze the role of organization culture and internal communication in improving restaurant reputation in Jakarta. The group founded in 2014 and its headquarters is located in Jakarta, and has a restaurant branch in Yogyakarta. The role of organization culture and internal communication that has been applied in Jakarta will be done in its branch in Yogyakarta for improving the same reputation as in Jakarta. This study sugest that organization culture may implemented in the other company in the group with Vision, Culture, Image (VCI) model, and the role of leader as well as employee.
