Abstract

This research brings forward the files and based on researcher’s observe. This research has the phenomenon of communication as well as use the theory to review the phenomenon that discussed. Researchers use quantitative research with descriptive quantitative research. The topic raised by the researcher is the satisfaction level of XL twitter account (@XL123), follower. This becomes important because of the sophistication of the technology that must be offset by every company especially PT XL Axiata in good relationship with their consumer that is by using social media in particular twitter account @XL123. The theory that examined in this research is from Anitta Whitting & David William about why people use social media. The results of this research are there are some indicators that make respondents feel satisfied in accessing twitter account @XL123. But there are also some indicators for the respondent has not satisfied to access the Twitter account @XL123.
